So for lunch today, I decided to improvise. The Boston lettuce didn't have leaves large enough to act as wraps, so I took what was left, gave them a rough chop, and sauteed them in butter with some feta cheese. I also split a precooked chicken sausage in half and pan fried it, and that was lunch.
As it turns out, Boston lettuce sauteed in butter is a surprisingly delicious green.
