Okay, so tonight for dinner I went with the standard fall-back meal we use when we don't have anything planned: baked potatoes. As a side dish, I made kale.

This is mainly noteworthy because we had a bottle of organic apple cider vinegar on hand, the addition of which made it the best kale ever.
