As is the current custom, Thanksgiving was celebrated at our house. Grandma, Aunt Andria, Uncle Juan, and Cousin Luke were all here, as well as a friend of the family. Much fun was had by all.
Just now, I went down to the local liquor store with Aunt Andria, since she likes visiting when she's in town. While we were there, she ended up getting me a gift!
Which is why I have a bottle of applejack in the pantry next to the little one-dollar birthday cake vodka.
I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving - or, if you live in a country that is not America (I know some of you do), a happy Thursday.
